The Month Of Ramadan Begins.
Month Of Peace. Month Of Miracles.
Month Of Prayer. Month Of Contemplation.

Supporters of a Free Palestine,
I ask you to participate in the observence of Ramadan this month. Please participate in the fasting from sunrise to sunset and generosity towards the poor and more marginalized.
Deepen your being, body, mind, contemplation, and human resilience.

Regardless of your religion. Regardless of your philosophy- maybe atheist or whatever. It doesnt matter. No need to be a Muslim or be anything. Practice Ramadan. Create Peace.

For the modern people in a sea of electric light and constant stimulation and distraction it means BEING AWARE of the sun rise and the sun setting, and the course the sun takes through the sky every day. It means BEING AWARE of the moon and its phases as it gets bigger and bigger each night untill reaching full, and then becoming smaller and smaller with each passing night. Getting in touch with what it means to be human. There are infinite possibilities.
It is awesome.

Ramadan slowing down, getting to the pulse, finding the heart.

Please join the observance of Ramadan this month, or it at least contemplate it in the comming days, nights, weeks. If you do feel you can make it through the day without eating, drink liquids. Try it. Try any version of Ramadan fasting you can think up. You will gain vastly by it, and so to will others across Earth.
You are likely to find that you are stronger and wiser than you knew.
